What the role involves
- Leading the end-to-end enablement and success of Channel Partners through structured onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing operational support.
- Build scalable playbooks, training programmes, and operational workflows that enable partners to operate independently and reduce reliance on 1:1 support.
- Supporting partners in diagnosing and resolving campaign, account, measurement, and operational issues by collaborating closely with Product, Operations.
- Support, and campaign execution to remove friction and improve time-to-value.
Skills and requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or campaign management within digital advertising, adtech, martech, or SaaS.
- Hands-on paid media experience, including campaign setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Experience at a major advertising platform or partner ecosystem (.
- Tok, Amazon) with strong familiarity of campaign management platforms and advertiser workflows.
