Channel Sales Launch Partner Manager focuses on leading the end-to-end enablement and success of channel partners through structured onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing operational support.

What the role involves

  • Leading the end-to-end enablement and success of Channel Partners through structured onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing operational support.
  • Build scalable playbooks, training programmes, and operational workflows that enable partners to operate independently and reduce reliance on 1:1 support.
  • Supporting partners in diagnosing and resolving campaign, account, measurement, and operational issues by collaborating closely with Product, Operations.
  • Support, and campaign execution to remove friction and improve time-to-value.

Skills and requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or campaign management within digital advertising, adtech, martech, or SaaS.
  • Hands-on paid media experience, including campaign setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience at a major advertising platform or partner ecosystem (.
  • Tok, Amazon) with strong familiarity of campaign management platforms and advertiser workflows.

Additional role context

  • Serve as the go-to resource for ad account setup, campaign activation, optimisation, and operational best practices across partner-managed SMB advertisers.
