- The successful Chef de Partie will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, managing one of 4 sections, whilst being creative in sharing ideas on me.
- The Chef de Partie will be passionate about locally sourced food, with all ingredients being sourced from local suppliers in order to provide sustainable but excellent dishes.
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty.
- Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
