Chef de Partie
Chef de Partie focuses on supporting the head chef with preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast, lunch/and/or dinner service.
What the role involves
- Supporting the Head Chef with preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast, lunch/and/or dinner service.
- Running sections of the kitchen during service.
- Ensuring a consistently high level of food service at all times through knowledge of menu items and awareness of commodities used, preparation, methods and cooking.
- Assisting as necessary with stock control and identifying methods for improving food service.
- Ensuring kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and relevant health and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
