What the role involves

  • Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Chef looking to work with top-quality produce in a creative, forward-thinking kitchen?
  • As Commis Chef you will work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards of food.
  • Be given opportunities to develop your skills, and encouraged to bring your passion to the plate.
  • Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality at all times.
  • Supporting chefs and maintaining high kitchen standards.
  • Following kitchen procedures, including health & safety and cleanliness.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.
