Service work involved
Support junior team members, and help keep standards high across prep, cooking and presentation. Lead by example during busy services. Deliver service across one or more sections in our fast-paced kitchen.

Hospitality skills and experience
- Have solid kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and the confidence to run your section with pace and precision.
- Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.
