Chef de Partie focuses on preparing and cooking delicious food for our hotel guests.
What the role involves
- Preparing and cooking delicious food for our hotel guests.
- Having full knowledge of all menu items served.
- Monitoring portion and wastage control to maintain profit margins.
- Helping with the training and development of any Commis Chefs or Demi Chef de Parties working with you.
- Work collaboratively with the other chefs regarding the maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.
- Management of production and food levels to ensure minimum wastage.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.
