The Chef de Partie position centres on communicate with Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef to maintain kitchen performance. It would suit someone who can bring confident running a section in a high-quality kitchen or hospitality environment to the role.
Role overview
Lead a designated kitchen section as a Chef de Partie, ensuring dishes meet consistently high standards. Supervise and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs during prep and service.
Main responsibilities
Communicate with Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef to maintain kitchen performance. Monitoring dish quality, portion control and presentation throughout service. Managing daily preparation, organisation and workflow within your section.
