Delivering clean, precise, flavour-driven food at 2 AA Rosette standard. A current Junior Sous Chef looking to develop within a highly respected Rosette kitchen. Supporting the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the kitchen.

What needs to be in place

  • Rosette experience advantageous, but not essential for the right chef.
