Job description

This Chef de Partie role is focused on supporting kitchen leadership, service flow, and food quality across service-by-service operations. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Where ownership sits

During the busiest times the restaurant can serve up to 250 covers due to the reputation it has built in the area as a leading dining venue. As Chef de Partie you will be given the opportunity to cook locally sourced produce to create the dishes from the regularly changing menus.

What the role depends on

  • The Head Chef of the property is seeking a Chef de Partie or very strong Commis Chef who has experience working in a similar kitchen environment.
  • It is essential that you are used to cooking with all fresh ingredients and able to work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume kitchen.
