- Must have NVQ level 2 or the equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking and hold a recognised current Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Educated to GCSE Standard or the equivalent including English and Maths.

- Typical shift patterns are, 6am to 2pm, 11am to 7pm and 12pm to 10pm.
- Time position is £30,910.00.

Additional role context
- To assist in the supervision of the kitchen to ensure the Hastings standards of preparation and presentation are maintained.
- To assist in the effective supervision of the kitchen employees, to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen function.
- To ensure quality standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented, and daily checking procedures are fully applied.
