Rockwater Branksome is Dorset’s most premier beachfront destination venue situated right on Branksome beach. The Bar and Kitchen offers a buzzing atmosphere, family favourites, tasty cocktails, while our shack provides quick coffee and bites for those on the move.
Service work involved
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards. Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the Health & Safety Act 1974 and food hygiene regulations. Preparing, serve, cook, clean, host, or coordinate service according to the role focus.
