Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie

Maslow’s Kensington is looking for a Chef de Partie, with the role focused on overseeing, set up and manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, fish, grill, pastry, or vegetables with all necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment. It would suit someone who can bring unlike traditional offices or impersonal coworking spaces, Maslow’s houses are warm, tactile, and energizing designed for enhanced productivity in a familiar, relaxed setting to the role.

Who the work supports

Opening in May 2026, Maslow’s welcomes it’s third addition to the portfolio – Maslow’s Kensington. Be based at Maslow’s Kensington, W8 with operating hours between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.

How support shows up

Overseeing, set up and manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, fish, grill, pastry, or vegetables with all necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment. Monitoring and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and inform the Sous Chef/Head Chef of any shortages or discrepancies. Monitoring portion control and food waste, taking proactive measures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
