Role overview

Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 3.30pm & Friday 7.00am - 1.00pm. We are seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking Chef Manager to lead the daily food service in our client's busy staff restaurant.33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).

Service work involved

Actively develop and refresh menus to improve variety and appeal. Cook and present high-quality breakfast and lunch service. Provide alternative options such as vegan, gluten, lactose etc.
