The Head Chef position centres on supporting service-by-service logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

- If you are an inspirational and enthusiastic Chef Manager keen to make a name for yourself within the food service industry, we would love to hear from you!
- Compliance and Documentation - maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and food preparation processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Staff Management – r ecruit, train, and supervise all staff, including chefs, cooks and front of house. Provide continual guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to kitchen st.
- 24 week’s enhanced maternity leave.
