What you would be doing

Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll lead your station with dedication, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and delights our guests. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with the Head Chef, kitchen and front-of-house team, as well as support centre to align with operational, commercial, and guest-focused goa. What you need

• Passion for delivering high-quality food and contributing to a great guest experience. Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills within a structured training programme.
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
