- Preparing and organize the kitchen for service, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and stations are well-stocked.
- Maintaining detailed records of food preparation, inventory usage, and staff performance.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a senior kitchen position with at least 3-5 years of culinary expertise.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
