Role overview
1 in 4 Saturdays (paid as overtime). Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm.

Preparing and supervising high-quality food service. Managing food costs, portion control, and waste. Supervising, training, and motivating kitchen staff.

Requirements
- Stable full-time position with daytime hours.
- Previous experience as a Chef Supervisor / Managing Chef.
- Relevant culinary qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent).
