Why this role may suit you

What you would be doing

Supporting kitchen preparation and service, including cleaning, dishwashing and shift handovers. Assisting with stock control, ordering support and completion of kitchen records as required. Liaise with the management team to support day to day decisions that benefit the business, guests and team.

What you need

• Confidence working in a busy environment is key, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure, and adapt effectively to unexpected situations.
• Have experience working in a kitchen environment, with strong food preparation skills, an understanding of food safety and stock control and experience supervising teams within a c.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in personal presentation is essential.

Practical information

• £25,186 - £26,244 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £15,111 - £15,746 per annum).
