Chef Supervisor

Richmond Centre Munster Barracks is looking for a Chef Supervisor, with the role focused on work with a team of chefs and kitchen staff, delivering meals 3 times a day. You will be supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen unit. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef Supervisor to join our team working at Richmond Centre Munster Barracks, Catterick Garrison DL9 3PZ.

What you would be doing

Work with a team of chefs and kitchen staff, delivering meals 3 times a day. You will be supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen unit. Day running of the kitchen, working alongside Chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth functioning of the unit. Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, private industry and Education.

What you need

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Experience working in a large-scale kitchen.

Practical information

• This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including some weekend work. Shifts range between 06:00 – 19:00.
