- Based in busy industrial kitchens, your main tasks will be to.
- Preparing delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Compass Group standards and procedures are followed.
- Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
- Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.
- Assisting with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Skills and requirements
- Do you want to provide a legendary dining experience for our guests?
- Need all the relevant qualifications, City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3, current Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness.
- Also possess exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food.
