An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ 11–18 school in Reading is seeking an exceptional and motivated Chemistry Teacher to join their highly successful Science Department from January 2026. About the Role

The appointed teacher will deliver Chemistry across KS3–KS5, supporting students in building a deep understanding of key concepts and their practical applications. The role offers the opportunity to teach high-achieving students at A-Level and contribute to the school’s strong reputation for STEM excellence.

The successful candidate will also take part in developing enrichment activities, such as STEM clubs, science challenges, and educational visits to local universities and laboratories.

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS/PGCE and a degree in Chemistry or closely related field
