Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, supporting public and private fundraising efforts and providing actionable financial insight to drive company growth. Overseeing daily treasury processes, cash management, and liquidity forecasting, providing timely insights to optimise working capital and cash flows.

- It is crucial that you are able to travel for this role as there will be some time spent between sites in Canada, UK intuitively, and Italy.
- Ideally you will have had capital markets/venture capital or investment banking exposure that has then led onto a hands‑on role in an entrepreneurial setting.
