Main responsibilities

Leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis. Overseeing preparation of financial reporting, board packs and fund reporting. Managing M&A activity, including due diligence, valuation and integration.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading transformation projects, including implementation of new systems or processes.
