Deep understanding of B2B payments, FX, or embedded financial services across SMEs, mid‑market or enterprise segments. Data‑led with a deep understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, pipeline health, and customer lifetime value.

Build, lead and scale high‑performing commercial teams across sales, partnerships, and account management in the UK and international markets. Own the commercial P&L and forecasting, delivering predictable revenue performance and reporting to the board. Driving pipeline development, deal velocity and conversion through insight‑led sales operations and tools.

What needs to be in place
