Skills and requirements
- Prepare cases for court, appear as an advocate, and instruct counsel when required.
- A qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (with Civil Proceedings Certificate or Legal Executive Advocate status).
- Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, and Mental Capacity Act 2005.A range of experience will be considered, from newly qualified to 4–5 years PQE.
