Practical details
- Full training provided and once passed probation we will support and fund studying the Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care.
- £26,770 - £29,182 per year for a 40 hour week / £12.87 - £14.03 per hour (linked to competency and qualifications) PLUS £1500 Welcome bonus.
- 40 hours per week (part-time hours available, minimum 24hrs per week).
- Welcome bonus is payable in 2 payments - 50% following successful completion of probation and 50% after one year service.
What needs to be in place
- If you do not already hold a qualification, willingness to work towards achieving Level 3 Diploma HSC (funded by our client).
- The ability to work within a rota pattern that typically requires working every other weekend.
- The ability to follow personal care routines.
