• Work as part of a supportive team delivering trauma-informed care within residential settings and community-based support packages.
• Provide safe, consistent, trauma-informed support to children and young people.
• Build positive and professional relationships based on trust and respect.
• Supporting daily routines, independence, education, and life skills development.
• Encourage engagement in activities, hobbies, and healthy routines.
• Supporting young people to attend appointments, education, and community activities.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable (paid or voluntary).
• Calm, resilient, and emotionally mature approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
