The Childrens Home Deputy Manager position in Middleton Cheney, OX centres on coach, support and develop staff to maximise their performance and ensure high standards of care are met. What the role carries
Coach, support and develop staff to maximise their performance and ensure high standards of care are met. Rated as “Good” with Ofsted, the home supports young people aged up to 18 and provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment by offering emotional and practical support to. Work alongside the Registered Home Manager, to manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home.
