Confirmed role details
- Receive a £100 bonus for achieving a Good Ofsted outcome for the home and a £200 bonus for achieving Outstanding.
- Annual leave starts at 26 days, in addition to bank holidays, and increases to 28 days following two years of continuous service (Capped at 28 days).
