Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to support each child’s care plan. Overseeing staff development, performance, and wellbeing. Driving continuous improvement and uphold the organisation’s values and mission.

What you need
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home.
- Most importantly, you’ll bring warmth, leadership, and a genuine passion for helping young people flourish.
- A Full UK Driving Licence.

- Pay: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum
