What the role involves

- Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply.
Skills and requirements
- A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children, within the last 5 years (essential).
- At least 12 months experience in a role requiring the supervision and management of care staff (essential).
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, England (essential).
- Previous experience of participating in Ofsted inspections (essential).
Confirmed role details
- £48,000 to £55,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500 in addition to basic salary.
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (additional/alternative hours may be requested on occasion, to meet business need).
- Based in the beautiful countryside of the Derbyshire Dales, Peak View is a two-bed service providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support.
- Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security.
