- Leading the daily operation of a regulated children’s residential service.
- Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.

- Maintaining robust systems for incident reporting, risk assessments, and documentation.
- Monitoring service performance using audits, action plans, and compliance frameworks.
Skills and requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services, or willingness to complete.
- Significant management experience within a children’s residential setting.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and inspection readiness.
- Experience using care management systems, compliance trackers, and electronic recording platforms.
