  • Leading the daily operation of a regulated children’s residential service.

Skills and requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services, or willingness to complete.
  • Significant management experience within a children’s residential setting.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and inspection readiness.
  • Experience using care management systems, compliance trackers, and electronic recording platforms.
