Children’s Registered Manager
Job description
The Children’s Registered Manager position centres on be responsible for the management, co-ordination, and development of a range of quality therapeutic services for young people that live at our Home. It would suit someone who can bring also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the SCCIF, Children’s Act 1989, and Care Standards Act 2000 to the role.
How the role is set up
Be working for one of the largest providers of children’s services. Liquid Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Children’s Home Manager to work within a Therapeutic Children’s Home.
Where someone would start
Be responsible for the management, co-ordination, and development of a range of quality therapeutic services for young people that live at our Home. To provide effective, empathetic, and dynamic leadership. Promote relationships as central to the working practice of our Homes. Taking an empathetic and engaging approach to working in partnership with young people, their families, profe.
What helps someone build confidence
Also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the SCCIF, Children’s Act 1989, and Care Standards Act 2000. Have a NVQ level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People OR hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) or be willing to work towards this. Twice weekly payroll and ‘Faster Pay’ service, getting you paid more quickly.

- Ensure the Home exceeds all standards as stated in the Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and all other legislation relevant to the therapeutic care of our children.
