This Children’s Registered Manager opportunity is built around overseeing care plans, risk assessments and behaviour strategies. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

How the role is set up

Enhanced Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – 24/7 support & counselling. To be successful in this role you must have, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).

Where someone would start

Overseeing care plans, risk assessments and behaviour strategies. Maintaining accurate records in line with safeguarding and data protection. Managing recruitment, training and staff development.

Strong professional approach.

What is expected

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding and relevant legislation.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives.
