Children’s Registered Manager

As a Children's Registered Manager, the work centres on providing full operational and strategic leadership across the children’s residential home. It would suit someone who can bring ensure the service operates in line with all regulatory expectations while also creating a positive culture for both young people and staff to the role.

Ensure the home consistently meets Children’s Homes Regulations , Quality Standards , and safeguarding expectations. Leading on referrals, placement decisions, admissions, and matching to ensure the right environment for each child.

Care skills and requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services , or equivalent.

• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and children’s residential legislation.

Practical information

• £55,000 - £70,000 salary.
• Pay: £55,000 - £70,000.
