What the role involves
- Register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager.
- Manage a high-performing care team.
- Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that meets individual needs and promotes dignity and independence.
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Managing budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference.
- Experience in commissioning or opening a new care home.
Confirmed role details
- £48,000 per annum with a potential to earn up to £55,800 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses.
- Permanent, Full-Time.
