What the role involves

• Register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager.
• Manage a high-performing care team.
• Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that meets individual needs and promotes dignity and independence.
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Managing budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference.
• Experience in commissioning or opening a new care home.

Confirmed role details

• £48,000 per annum with a potential to earn up to £55,800 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses.
• Permanent, Full-Time.
