Where ownership sits
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our Children’s Services team. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the residential home, supporting a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to childre.

A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Overseeing the planning and delivery of individual care plans. Supporting children in achieving their personal goals and help them develop essential life skills.
