• Overseeing the daily running of Rowan House, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage a team of residential care staff, providing supervision, guidance.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring the voice of the child is central to all decisions.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and promote a culture of safety and well-being.
• Ensure efficient operational delivery.
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies to support positive outcomes.

Skills and requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (Residential Management Pathway).
• Post-qualified experience in residential childcare management.
• Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge.
• Free DBS and compliance service.
