Additional role context
- As a Break Senior Support Worker, you’ll be working hands-on day in day out with the young people living in the children’s home and act as the senior shift worker in the staff team.
- For some young people, the behaviours caused by the trauma they have experienced means they need additional support.
- Encourage new experiences, supporting the young people to develop their own identity.
