This Care Assistant role is focused on offering support in the educational pursuits of young individuals. It would suit someone who can bring a Children's Residential Support Worker who can establish meaningful relationships creating a positive, warm, and rewarding environment to the role.

Offering support in the educational pursuits of young individuals. New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Providing emotional support during challenging times.

What is expected
- No prior experience necessary, only a commitment and passion for working with young people.
- Attendance at a two-week training program is required.
- Full UK driving licence preferable.
Job details
- 40 hours per week on a rotational basis (rota provided 4 weeks in advance).
- 2 – 3 shifts per week: 08:00am until 11:00pm – with sleep ins.
- 2–3 shifts per week for an excellent work/life balance.
- Plus, an additional overtime pay of 1.25x your hourly rate.
