What you would be doing

Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment. With over 800 team members and over 200 young people supported we strive to help our children achieve their very best outcomes, through our bespoke residential care, education, the. Every day is different - from helping with daily routines to planning fun activities tailored to the children’s interests.

What you need

• Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant residential childcare, support work, or young-person support experience.

• Clear progression routes to Senior Support Worker and Management roles - we had over 100 internal promotions last year!
• £32,242 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour).
• 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 3 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary).
