What you would be doing

Offering support in the educational pursuits of young individuals. New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Providing emotional support during challenging times.

What you need

• No prior experience necessary, only a commitment and passion for working with young people.
• Attendance at a two-week training program is required.
• Full UK driving licence preferable.

Practical information

• 40 hours per week on a rotational basis (rota provided 4 weeks in advance).
• 2 – 3 shifts per week: 08:00am until 11:00pm – with sleep ins.
• 2–3 shifts per week for an excellent work/life balance.
• The children in our Colchester home are aged 4–12 years old.
