This Support Worker role is focused on as a Senior/ Residential Support Worker, youll provide nurturing, consistent care in a safe and structured environment. It would suit someone who can bring managing challenging behaviour and support children in crisis with a calm, trauma-informed approach to the role.

Main responsibilities
As a Senior/ Residential Support Worker, youll provide nurturing, consistent care in a safe and structured environment. Youll support children to understand their past experiences, manage their feelings, and develop self-esteem, while working closely with a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team. Maintaining detailed, accurate records and follow procedures and risk assessments.

Requirements

- Enhanced DBS check required.

- Full & Part Time openings - £15ph RSW - £17ph Senior.
