Skills and requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in Children's Residential Care or Youth Work.
- Experience supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) is advantageous.
- Relevant qualification in line with children's residential care regulations.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
Confirmed role details
- 3-week rolling rota.
- Average of 10 shifts per month.
- 08:00 – 23:00, sleep-in, followed by handover 08:00 – 08:30 the following day.
- 244.5 hours, including training and team meetings.
