Childrens Residential Support Worker
Job description
As a Support Worker, the work centres on as a Childrens Support Worker you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times and support the Young Persons emotional wellbeing. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.
Where the work sits
You recognise that the role is to help support service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions. Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is great but not essential.

Practical details

- Passionate Childrens Support Workers who are available to work on a flexible Full Time basis.
- This is reflected in our pre-employment checks and requirement to verify and check the identity and references of all applicants.
- Flexible working hours on a rota basis including sleep-ins if needed.
What needs to be in place
- 6 months minimum experience working in a similar setting.
