Children’s Support Worker – Stoke-on-Trent
Are you an experienced Children’s Support Worker looking to make a real difference? We are recruiting dedicated and resilient individuals to support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviour within a residential setting.
Available Shifts:
Waking Nights: 22:00 – 08:00
Full Day Shifts with Sleep-Ins – Earn a minimum of £250.00 per shift

Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people
Managing and responding to challenging behaviours in a safe and positive manner
Promoting independence, wellbeing, and personal development
Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 12 months UK experience working with children or young people
Experience supporting children with EBD and challenging behaviour
Enhanced DBS (we accept DBS registered on the Update Service)
Strong communication skills and a resilient, caring approach
