What needs to be in place
- You must have at least six months experience in Children’s residential care and you must hold a relevant level 3 qualification.
- £2800 to £3600 sleep in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month).
- 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years.
Job details
- Fully paid 10-day induction course.
- Enrolled on to a work place pension scheme after three months of employment.
- Over time paid at x1.25.
