Skills and requirements

• £2800 to £3600 sleep in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month).
• 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years.
• The shifts consist of long hours and sleep ins (which are essential) and the hours differ depending on which home you are based in.
• Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations.

Confirmed role details

• Enrolled on to a work place pension scheme after three months of employment.
• Over time paid at x1.25.
• Fully paid 10-day induction course.
