What you need
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Relevant residential childcare, support work, or young-person support experience.

- Funded Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (for you & your household).
- Crewe, Cheshire | Salary: £32,833.50 per year | Shifts: 2 days on / 4 days off.
- 2 on / 4 off rota (great work-life balance).
