- Plus back up for the weekday morning shifts (6.30am-8am) when the other support worker is off.

- (Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support are provided so you don't need prior complex care experience to start!).

- In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position.
- Up to £13.50 per hour (depending on experience).
